He served on Boards of Directors in infrastructure, energy, oil and gas companies and concessionaires. Adriano holds a Law degree from Universidade Federal da Bahia.

Gustavo has extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams handling legal, compliance, corporate governance and government affairs. He has held leadership roles for over 18 years at Braskem and in many companies within the Odebrecht Group in Brazil and abroad. He worked at law firms in Brazil and in the United States. Gustavo received his Masters of Law degree (LL.M) from Columbia University (NY), where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and holds a Masters of Law degree with focus in Public Law from PUC-SP. He also has a degree of Specialist in Tax Law from PUC-SP and a law degree from UFBA. He has lectured at undergraduate and postgraduate programs at PUC-SP and wrote books and articles in specialized journals.
